Management of infectious disease in raccoons: maximizing capacity while treating the individual

Will Funk is a Certified Wildlife Rehabilitator and disease ecologist with an interest in the anthropogenic factors that affect the health of wild animals. He has 15 years of experience in the veterinary medical field working with domestic and wild animals from North America, Africa, Europe, and Australia. He holds bachelor’s degrees in biology and natural resource ecology from Oklahoma State University, a master’s degree in wild animal biology from the Royal Veterinary College and is currently finishing a Master of Public Health with a focus on raccoon diseases.
