NYSWRC handles all conference payments except for your hotel reservation.
To attend all the general sessions, look for the general admission (Friday - Sunday) ticket, or individual days.
Note that labs and the specialty sessions are not included in the general admission, and must be added.
If you are purchasing tickets for multiple people, be sure to add each one individually to your cart. If you register multiple tickets in your name, we will have no record of the other people at registration or in our membership roster.
Cancellation policy: refunds will be given if you contact info@nyswrc.org before October 30th. After that date, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given to attendees that sign up for labs and opt not to attend.
Meal Package includes: Friday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, Saturday Breakfast/Lunch, Sunday Breakfast. Saturday Dinner is included in all FULL conference registrations. If you wish to attend only an individual meal, or purchase a ticket for a guest, you must do that separately by purchasing individual meal tickets. Please note: Sunday lunch is not included in the Meal Package but is available for purchase if desired. No meal tickets will be available after October 19th!

This workshop features lecture material and demonstrations designed for newly licensed wildlife rehabilitators or individuals interested in becoming licensed. It is a beginner-level course. Fundamental principles and essential basic techniques will be covered regarding the care of injured or ill wildlife patients, in a lecture followed by a hands-on lab. Topics include medical math, needle and syringe handling, sterile technique, patient restraint, physical examination, methods of medication administration, tube feeding, and bandaging.

This lecture, followed by a hands-on lab, will cover the basics of fluid therapy, including assessment of need, how to give fluids and what to use, monitoring of response, and species differences.
This two lecture tract is open to only licensed veterinary technicians and veterinarians.

This ticket is for Sunday’s veterinary session from 8 AM-4 PM. Lunch is included. You must be a LICENSED veterinary technician or veterinarian to attend this program. Students currently enrolled in technician or veterinary school are also welcome to attend.

If you are purchasing a Three Day Conference Registration, your ticket to the Saturday night banquet dinner is INCLUDED! We encourage you to purchase a Conference Meal Package which includes all meals on Friday, Saturday Breakfast and Lunch and Sunday Breakfast. If you are not attending all three days and would like to attend any of our meals, you can purchase tickets individually. The last day to purchase meal tickets is October 19th!
