NYSWRC no longer maintains a rehabilitator listing.  Rehabilitators in New York State may be found at the Department of Environmental Conservation's website at http://www.dec.ny.gov/animals/83977.html.

Note that wildlife rehabilitators must be federally licensed to rehab migratory birds (songbirds, waterfowl, raptors, etc) but without the federal permit may accept non-migratory birds (European starlings, pigeons, house sparrows, northern bobwhites, mute swans, monk parakeets, partridges, ring-necked pheasants, grouse, and turkey).  In New York State rehabilitators must be Rabies Vector certified to accept skunks, raccoons or bats.
