Speciality Workshops spaces are limited, preregistration is required. You will be notified prior to the conference if you are accepted into a speciality workshop.  Workshop fees will be refunded at the conference if you are not accepted due to lack of space. No general registration refunds after Oct. 15, 2001.  All requests for cancelation refunds must be submitted in writing.

Overnight Guests - Complete Meeting Package (CMP) includes overnight accommodations for two nights, six meals (lunch Friday through breakfast Sunday), meeting services, beverage breaks on Friday and Saturday afternoon, on-site recreation and service charges.  Guest room check-in at 4 pm; Guest room checkout at 11am. Sales and Occupancy Tax are additional without proof of tax exempt status.

Conference attendees are responsible for locating a roommate.  Individuals who request a roommate, but do not supply the name(s) of the roommate(s) will be billed at the single occupancy rate.
